Convergence Recruiting Solutions has a team of 6 very talented researchers and recruiting assistants that we employ on an as-needed basis. While most have been working with us for several years, this flexible team model gives us the freedom to choose the best available people to complete a task, and allows us to minimize fixed expenses so we can maintain reasonable rates for our clients.
When asked how his resources stack up against the larger firms, the Director of Convergence Recruiting, Scott Kaufman, responded by saying, “when I worked for one of the big public search firms, I certainly had “people resources” to help get the job done. Unfortunately, the available people were not always the best people for the task…and I was often stuck with the first person available.” In contrast, Convergence Recruiting has the flexibility to choose from among our regular teammates, or our significant network of independent researchers and recruiting assistants…when or if it is beneficial.
